Once you connect

  • Cass reads your account and never logs into it. She will not spend, pause or change anything unless you tell her to.
  • She does not show up as a user in your Meta ad account. Access runs through Windsor, the data provider she reads through.
  • Nobody on your team gets an "access granted" email or notification.
  • Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, handled under GDPR, and you can delete all of it from your panel at any time.
  • Your data is never used to train a model.

To write a finding in plain English, Cass sends that finding to Anthropic's API. Anthropic does not train on data sent through it. Nothing else leaves.

Connect your ad accounts

Cass is in your Slack. She needs read access to the account she is going to watch. You approve it on Meta, and you can take it back at any time.

Meta Ads

Campaigns, ad sets, ads, spend and results. Cass will not spend, pause or change anything unless you tell her to.

Already authorised it?

If you approved access and Cass still does not see the account, give her the ad account ID. You will find it in Meta Ads Manager, at the top of the account dropdown.

You will be sent to Windsor, the data provider Cass reads through, and then to Meta to approve access. You come straight back here.

Cass reads the account, and sends you the first thing worth your attention in Slack. One finding, not a report.

Everything unticked still happens, it just happens after you say yes. Ticking a box only removes the question, never the report.

What Cass can never do from a click

Changing budgets and creating new campaigns, ads or audiences are not on this list and cannot be added to it. Those move money or make new things, so they need a confirmation with the number in front of you. Cass will propose them; she will not execute them on a single tap.

What counts as a result

Cass reads your numbers either way. Without this she can tell you what a number is, but not whether it is good, so she will say so instead of guessing.

Connection, billing and the way out.

Slack connection

Cass is connected to this workspace. Disconnecting revokes her token at Slack, so she stops reading and writing immediately. Your ad account and permissions stay saved for when you come back.

One thing to know before you disconnect: the link to this panel arrives as a message from Cass in Slack. Once she is disconnected she cannot send it, so come back through heycass.co and install her again. This session stays open either way.

Ad account

Connected through Windsor. Disconnecting keeps Cass in your Slack but stops every scan until you connect an account again. Reconnecting sends you to Windsor for a fresh authorisation, which is also how you move Cass to a different ad account.

Delete account

This removes your installation, the connection to your ad account and everything Cass has stored about your findings. It cancels nothing at Stripe, so cancel your plan there first if you have one. It cannot be undone.
